Solution:-
Just delete C:\Users\hp\.gradle\wrapper\dists\gradle-4.1-all\bzyivzo6n839fup2jbap0tjew\gradle-4.1-all.zip.
Its happening because your gradle zip file has not downloaded correctly delete it and run the command again.
